About Us

Home Care Choice is dedicated to meeting the individual needs of the elderly in our community enabling them to remain safely and comfortably at home. By offering a wide range of in-home services we are able to satisfy the unique needs of a variety of home care situations and adjust to circumstances as they may change over time.

To ensure that each individual’s needs are being properly met, we develop an individualized care plan that is monitored and assessed on an ongoing basis. Our care managers are registered nurses with extensive experience in geriatric care. Throughout the continuum of care, they provide ongoing support and guidance to the caregiver assigned to the case, the client and their families.
